Overnight & Vacation
Care:
-We have a 7-day cancellation policy for overnight pet sitting
and vacation visits.
-Cancellations made less than 7 days before departure date
are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
-Cancellations made less than 3 days before your departure
date are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
Daily Dog Walking:
-We understand you may decide to stay home from work for
a variety of reasons. Please call the office before 9:00
am for same day cancellations. Any calls after 9 am will
be invoiced at half of the regular bill rate, as this time
is reserved for your visit.
